Study Programme Coordination
The Study Programme Coordination team advises prospective students and students with regard to the Bachelor's and Master's programmes offered by the Department. In particular this includes questions on the design and structure of the curriculum, requirements and opportunities, application and registration, but also course planning.

Examination office
The Examination office team advises students and prospective students on legal issues concerning examinations, questions about their work placements and recognition of student achievements.
You can submit your questions in writing, by telephone or by e-mail. If you would like to visit in person, you should make an appointment within the consultation times.
Deans of studies
The main role of the Deans of studies is to consistently guarantee the high quality of the study programmes within the Department. They are responsible for ensuring that the curriculum is secure, as specified in the degree course schemes and examination rules and dealing with complaints regarding studies and examinations.

International Relations
The International Relations office supports students in the Department of Economics and Business Engineering with their study abroad. The support is not only aimed at students permanently registered with the Department of Economics and Business Engineering, but also short-term exchange students from partner universities.
The International Relations office is manned every day. You can reach us by telephone, by e-mail and in person in the office. For consultations outside normal hours, please make an appointment if possible.
Student Council for Economics and Business Engineering
The Student Council represents the interests of the students in the Department of economics and Business Engineering. It organises projects such as the orientation phase and the graduates' ball, sells sets of past papers or offers consultations. So if you would like to find out what life's like from a student's point of view, you are welcome to e-mail or telephone the Student Council, or simply drop in.

Centre for Information and Advice (zib)
The Centre for Information and Advice (zib) is a contact, information and advice point for prospective students and students. At zib they will give you an answer to university-related questions, help with study-related problems and support for your everyday life at university.
As well as online information about study opportunities and detailed informative documents about the individual courses, zib offers you regular informative events and personal consultations.

Students' Union Karlsruhe
The Students' Union Karlsruhe supports students in all matters relating to their studies on behalf of the state of Baden-Württemberg in Karlsruhe and Pforzheim. It is responsible for the BAFöG student grants and other student financing loans, halls of residence, and also various childcare establishments to support students who have a child.
