We would like to congratulate all graduates of the KIT Faculty of Business Administration and Economics on their successful graduation from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.

This graduation should be duly celebrated. Therefore, the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics is organizing this year's graduation ceremony on Saturday, July 20. Further information and the registration form can be found on this page.

Procedure

The graduation ceremony is divided into three parts. At the beginning there will be a festive ceremony with the presentation of certificates in the Audimax lecture hall. This will be followed by a ball with a buffet, drinks and entertainment in the atrium of the BGV. Finally, all graduates are invited to an after-party in a club in Karlsruhe.

Who can come?

All Bachelor's and Master's graduates of the KIT Faculty of Business and Economics, i.e. all graduates of the KIT degree programs in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics and Technical Economics.
You have the opportunity to bring family members and friends to the event.

We offer the following ticket options for sale: A ticket for the Audimax with or without the ball in the BGV. Please indicate your desired number of accompanying persons on the form. However, due to the possibly high number of graduates, we cannot guarantee that your desired number will be possible. We will inform you in good time about the number of accompanying persons that can be made possible for you.

Until when is registration possible?

Registration is open until May 19 . Tickets requested after this date cannot be considered.

How can I sit together with another graduate?

You can specify two people you would like to sit next to at the ball on the form. We will try to fulfill all requests as best we can.

How much do the tickets for the graduation ceremony cost?

The ticket price for the ceremony in the Audimax will be between 5€-10€. For participation in the ball, another 35€-45€ will be added.

What happens next?

After the deadline for mandatory registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all further information regarding the number of accompanying persons, payment and collection of tickets etc..
