International Relations Office

Welcome to the International Relations Office of the WiWi-Faculty!

If you are planning a semester abroad or are interested in an international exchange program, you have come to the right place! The WiWi-International Relations Office (IRO) takes care of all international cooperations of our KIT Department and is the central point of contact for all study-related questions concerning your stay abroad.

Regardless of whether you come to us as an exchange student or would like to go abroad as a KIT student - we offer you all information about our exchange programs and help you find the right contact person at KIT and at the partner universities to support you in your planning.


If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail (international.relations∂wiwi.kit.edu). You can visit us in our office every Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 am. You can easily book your desired appointment here .

!Important! From August 13 to August 29, 2025, the International Relations Office of the WiWi Department will not be staffed. Emails to International.Relations∂wiwi.kit.edu will be answered after August 29, 2025. No Learning Agreements will be signed during this period. We wish you a wonderful summer!

Welcome at KIT WiWi

The KIT Department of Economics and Management warmly welcomed its international exchange students for the Winter Term 2025/26 on October 8, 2025.

Fullbright-Scholarship

Go to the USA with a Fulbright scholarship! A Fulbright scholarship for 2026–27 will help you realise your dream of studying abroad. Funding is available for your master's degree in the USA – with up to $31,000 for living expenses, tuition fee waivers at network universities, partnership programmes and visa support. The application deadline is 2 September.
