• Our research leverages a wide range of quantitative methods, interdisciplinary perspectives, and profound knowledge about markets, organizations, and institutions. For decision and design research we utilize large infrastructures such as the KD²lab, a unique experimental laboratory offering a highly controlled setting and advanced biosignal sensor technology.
   
• We have a strong impact on society via our large course programs which are analytically grounded and broad, providing quantitative and managerial competencies for a fast-changing world. We thus empower the next generation of competent, creative and responsible decision-makers. We aim to attract bright and motivated students from diverse backgrounds.
   
• We disseminate our research through leading international academic journals and conferences and strive to support the emergence of new business ventures. By integrating research, education, and knowledge transfer, we inform business leaders, politicians and citizens.
