Graduate School KD2School receives DFG funding

We are delighted that the KD2School research training group has been awarded DFG funding for a further five years. In cooperation with the Universities of Bremen and Oldenburg, KIT is researching the design of biosignal-adaptive systems for decision-making processes in economic contexts as well as in private and professional life. "Biosignals open up new ways of understanding decision-making processes in a context-sensitive manner and designing adaptive systems in a human-centered way. We achieve this through a consistently interdisciplinary approach combining psychology, neuroscience, economics, business informatics and computer science (..)," explains Professor Alexander Mädche from the Institute of Information Systems at KIT.

Sunday, 01 September 2024
